a resonance is a small group of artists, linked together. resonances aims to build microcommunities and new kind of relationships online through mini studio-like spaces where a small number of artists post their work and engage with each other! as resonances grows, groups will sort themselves by people who are interested by each other's work, but at the beginning, we're all one big resonance. each resonance has their own set of rules (negotiated) but there's also a set of rules that govern all resnonances:

the hope is that artists find new folks who are exploring the same themes and ideas as themselves, or get to work around people who are very different than them and grow from it! i'm trying to bring the idea of joining a physical art studio with people who already work there to the digital space ^_^ we'll see how it goes! for the beta, there's only one resonance, called nucleus.. !! see ya in the space

1. you can only submit once every 24 hours
2. after posting, you must respond to someone else's piece before you can post again
3. you're allowed to use whatever medium you like: writing, music, visual arts, video, anything!
4. submit works and comment on other's through posting the neocities page! this will eventually be upgraded to JSON and server-side/ on-site storage if this idea takes hold.
5. you can only join one resonance as a participant, but you're more than welcome to comment on works from any resonance (applies if there's more than one lol)
6. the owner of this site has discretion about what's getting posted. i support art as a whole, obviously, but if it seems like there's sus shit going on, i don't want to make unsafe spaces lol. since there's not multiple resonances right now, all works have to be viewable by all ages..!

posting guidelines:
we'll be using a json template to load these in, so once i get that set up, it'll be here! right now, it's a no man's land, don't worry about it LOL
to join a resonance, please just comment on the site and i'll get you in! i'm gonna cap it at 10? for now? i think... but we'll see!!
